Wide Range Of Pile Size

PYP piles are produced in sizes ranging from 150mm to 300mm square with various load carrying capacities to suit different design criteria. This will allow the selection of the optimum and economical piling solutions to all foundation problems.
   

High Load Carrying Capacities

With use of high compressive strength concrete of more than 45 Mpa,
PYP piles allow for heavier driving conditions in hard soil strata and have higher load carrying capacity for more economical design of foundation.

Production

PYP piles are manufactured under factory conditions and the layout of factory is designed with the key objectives of producing a high quality product at all times

PYP piles are cast in specially designed steel moulds that facilitate the accurate placing of steel reinforcement cages and joints. Pile lengths from 3 to 12 metres can be made in the same moulds to the same strict tolerances.

High strength concrete of more than 45 Mpa is mixed using state-of-art concrete batching plant which ensures consistency and uniformity in concrete mix.
