Based in Kuching, Sarawak, Malaysia, PYT is a manufacturer
of quality concrete products in particular, Poh Kwong 88 (PK88) interlocking
concrete roof tiles and the concrete products: Everpave, Everblock and
Everbrick.
PYT was incorporated in Kuching under the Companies Act 1965 on 6 April 1977. It changed management in May 1996 and is presently Kuching’s market leader in concrete roof tiles. Its famous PK88 roofing tiles which come in a range of single and dual colour tones and are SIRIM approved, dominate the Kuching sky line.
In 1997, it commenced production of pavers and the durable Everpave can already be seen in housing projects and notably, at major port sites in Sarawak.
The company continues to expand and diversify its product range and has recently launched a wide range of road kerbs.
