Hock Seng Lee Concrete Sendirian Berhad (HSLC) iis a ready ready-mix concrete producer. The company was incorporated in 1995 and produces ready-mix of all concrete grades.

Currently, it is operating five batching plants in Sarawak and has 26 mixer trucks, mostly servicing related company projects such as Bandar Samariang, Demak Laut Phase III, Julau Entabai, Nibong Tada and Sematan.
