Laying Procedures
 
STEP 1
Start with a good, properly compacted base, before placing the sand bedding.After allowing surcharge for compaction, screed the sand with guide rods to achieve a uniform thickness of 30mm.
STEP 2
Lay Everpave interlocking concrete pavers closely in the desired pattern on the uncompacted sand.
STEP 3
Once the pavement is laid, compact with a vibrator.
STEP 4
Sweep fine, dry sand over the surface making sure it fills all the gaps between
the pavers.

STEP 5
Vibrate the area again to ensure a strong interlocking bond and sweep off excess sand. Your pavement is now completed!
